Agent: Gianluigi Donnarumma Worth $179M

Nov 30, 2015 12:45 PM

Gianluigi Donnarumma is already worth €170 million, according to his agent Mino Raiola.

Donnarumma is just 16 and is already AC Milan's preferred choice at goalkeeper.

"I'd compare him to a [piece by Italian artist Amadeo] Modigliani," Raiola told Mediaset Premium. "He's worth 170 million.

"He has a great future. He's an extraordinary kid and everyone loves him.

"He's already a little champion but he can become a great one."

Ezequiel Lavezzi Would Like Return To Italy

Nov 28, 2015 12:41 PM

Ezequiel Lavezzi has suggested he could return to Italian football amid frustration at his lack of playing time with Paris Saint-Germain.

Lavezzi joined PSG from Napoli in 2012.

Lavezzi's contract with PSG ends in the summer.

Lavezzi said he missed life in Italy, adding: "I especially miss the football. Football is really intense throughout all of Italy. Life is different in France. It isn't better or worse, but it is different.

"There are several options [for a future move], and I still have several months to decide what is best for me.

"This will be my last contract, and I want to play for a club that will motivate me. My focus will also be on the city and the quality of life there.

"At this time, I think I've reached a point in my life where my attention is on making the best decision for myself."

Alex Teixeira is dreaming of a move from Shakhtar Donetsk to Chelsea.

Teixeira, 25, has scored 23 goals in 23 games this season for Shakhtar and has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the English media.

Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus have also registered interest in Teixeira.

Teixeira said it was his "dream" to play in the Premier League, calling it "the best championship in the world," and added: "I'm happy to have received this offer from Chelsea, one of Europe's big clubs, but it's my agent who's taking care of this."

He described Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho as the "world's best coach" and said: "I think I would learn a lot from him. I hope he does not leave Chelsea now. I want to work with him and have great success in his side."

Guardiola Cancels News Conference Amid Links To City, Real Madrid

Nov 27, 2015 12:31 PM

Pep Guardiola has canceled his prematch news conference amid reports linking him with Manchester City and Real Madrid.

Spanish paper Cadena COPE reported that Guardiola had agreed to leave Bayern in the summer and make the move to City.

Earlier this week, Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told reporters that "no one is irreplaceable."

Guardiola's news conference prior to the Hertha game was cancelled "for private reasons" according to an ARA report, which also said he had not been present for the final prematch training session.

"According to sources in the coach's camp, Real Madrid have made an approach to those close to Guardiola to see if there was any chance of making it happen that he'd sit on the bench at the Santiago Bernabeu," the report added.

It said the approach had been rejected by the Guardiola camp.

Neymar, Barcelona Close To Long-Term Extension

Nov 27, 2015 12:19 PM

Neymar will soon sign a new long-term contract with Barcelona, according to the club's technical secretary Robert Fernandez.

Neymar has been in extension talks since the start of the season, but his father has suggested his tax issues in Spain could delay an actual deal.

"There will be an agreement with Neymar," Fernandez told TV3.

"I have no doubt about it – he will be at Barcelona for many years.

"When one starts with the intention to renew, we all know that we can reach an agreement.

"We are all in agreement that Neymar will stay here at Barcelona. The player has expressed it publicly, his camp too.

"Neymar is content and happy at Barcelona and that is the most important thing for us.

"We must face the situation calmly, thinking that if we have now finalised Rafinha's renewal, an agreement for Neymar's renewal will also be reached."

Neymar is currently signed through 2018.
